Awaiting delivery
I need to speak to someone about a delivery . Waiting on a package since 13th December.
No sign or email to help me. I would like a refund at this stage. As it is too close to Christmas time.
I've send screen shots of My order and where it is stuck in fast way. I'm really disappointed with your process as I've not been able to contact anyone

Paying with Credit:Debit card
Hello, when trying to purchase a bed and i click onto the button pay by credit card it shows error, ive tried to do it on my phone and laptop and still isnt working, and i dont want a flexible account. this is what it shown: CONTAINER:atg.repository.RepositoryException; SOURCE:java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (TX_LIVE_USER_RW.SDG_ENCRYPTED_USER) violated

Over 2 weeks trying to set up my account. Sent in everything from passport to ppsn, bank statements and letter from the bank.
Keeps asking for proof of address seriously as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike.
Would have had a mortgage application accepted quicker. Advice stay well clear absolutely useless.

WHAT is going on?
Ordered Legion Go worth around 900 euros over 10 days ago..Tracking parcel on their website does not work and when I tried calling no one answers.
It clearly said they had it in stock and it would be delivered within 2-5 working days.
Then they changed it to say out of stock and delivered due 28th November.
Clearly if I knew that I would not buy it since it's a gift for my sons birthday.
I tried canceling the order via "cancel item" on their website only to get an error saying that I can't cancel the order.
At this point I just want my money back and have nothing to do with this company anymore.
It's been 15 days now and not a thing happened..
No reply no new details about what happened or where the parcel is.
Their customer support is a joke.
Can't get to my money since the "cancel this item" button only seems to generate an automated email reply saying they are in contact with the supplier..
It's been 15 days now since I ordered.
It would already arrive if I ordered it from Mars.
And they charged for 2-5 days delivery.
This has been just a horrible shopping experience.
If nothing happens in the next few days
Hopefully Revolut will be able to get me my money back at least.

Impossible to order from, I don't want to set up an account I just want to to buy and pay for it now.
But it wouldn't let me,it brought me to pay in full but then it said my phone number was wrong my postcode was wrong,so frustrating...please sort it out .

Hi i put in an order on 27 November order no 6617 24****38. I tracked delivery and it said ot was delivered to my house on Wednesday 6th but i didn't get any package. Ive emailed fastway but no reply can you please helpme with thisas its a Christmas present
