I have a good friend in senate that loves this type scam ,I will be contacting him about this company.

Very Cheap software can be very cheap!
I have used them now to purchase Norton online security and their
website is easy to negotiate. You are sent download instructions and
a product key number. I found most of any download issues are with
erasing any active security as this should be done on installation of
the new product. They are a genuine company so no problem there,
my tip is to print the copy of the product key off, if no printer record
the number down, just follow the guidelines. I was prompted by my
current security provider which happened to be Norton to dedicate
the new security to my device as of course you could be transferring it elsewhere, as this particular purchase was just for one device it was important that you knew what it's called, it's the name you give it on initial setup. Dave C

Great company, very helpful
I bought from them last year. The renewal email made me feel a little doubtful about them being legit.
After I bought from them, I read this review and panicked. I cancelled my paypal card and I contested the charge, fearing it was a scam. I then asked for a refund from them. Sean, at VCS, was very nice and refunded my money.
I would suggest that anyone else does a little more research than I did. Not go off the review above.
And look carefully at the names of the scamming companies, Something I did not take the time to do. It would have saved me from calls to paypal and calls to my personal bank.
