Return Item and No customer service number to call

Ordered a balance DVD and ball. Received both in timely fashion from USPS (if there is such a thing as timely). Placed the DVD in my computer yet it wouldn't play. A friend who knows-works on computers said my player was broken. Therefore, there's no way to watch the DVD and I wish to return the ball and it for a refund. Cannot send emails as my computer is broken! There's no customer service number to reach the seller. I am pissed off as I have questions to ask!

Hi Greg, I'm sorry you're having problems watching the DVD. A packing slip with instructions for returning the product was included with the order.

I emailed this to you again today. Please return the product to us, and we will let the company you purchased the product from know when we receive the return. In my email today, I provided you with an email address where you can contact the company about your refund. We are a fulfillment company.

We did not charge your card, and we cannot refund your return.

The item I ordered cannot be used because the disc drive in my computer is broken and I have no other way to watch DVDs. I want to return it and the ball that I ordered for a refund, as offered by the 60-day money-back guarantee. Please send me an email at greg00326@***.com or call me at 207-415-**** with instructions on how to return the items. Again, I have no computer access - just my Apple phone.
