Worst customer service ever

Our experience with Cbeyond has been terrible. I have four locations, and they continue to mess up our billing and we can not get any one to call us back or respond. Beyond that, there have been many misrepresentations over the past two years. We are so frustrated at this point that we are contacting an attorney to file a breach of contract claim against this incompetent company. Our last exchange with a customer service rep ended with her hanging up on us. Once this company gets you under contract they do not care about the effect of their behavior on your business.
