They have messed my delivery address for a gift I ordered for someone rlsec
Disappointing
I placed an order with Verbaudet as a gift, and instead of delivering it to the recipient, they delivered it back to me.
- Clothing is excellent
- Website and customer service not good
Preferred solution: I wanted it resolved and the surprise gift to be delivered but they could not do so.
User's recommendation: I won’t be shopping here again
I am still waiting for my refund so lets see,
I'm not sure unless I have my refund processed, although the customer service representative Pedro was very coperative &understanding &emailed about my query progress the same day.

I’m eventually managed to speak with someone. All they said it’s somewhere and they would let me know any update by 20 Jan. not holding my breath but will keep you posted.

- - Order placed 24/11/23; expected armchair 0106259**** but received playboard.
- - No reply to emails; calls inaudible; formal complaint.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They eventually answered my emails and apologised . I am now waiting on delivery of the correct item i had ordered.
Order placed on 24/11/23 and I have received the wrong item. It should have been childs armchair (0106259****) and instead received a childs playboard.
I have sent multiple emails to your customer service with no response and tried calling (line is unaudioable). This is now a formal complaint and now be taking further legal action with the ombudsman as your service has been terrible!
