Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They eventually answered my emails and apologised . I am now waiting on delivery of the correct item i had ordered.

Order placed on 24/11/23 and I have received the wrong item. It should have been childs armchair (0106259****) and instead received a childs playboard.

I have sent multiple emails to your customer service with no response and tried calling (line is unaudioable). This is now a formal complaint and now be taking further legal action with the ombudsman as your service has been terrible!
