No refund check or any email response received from you despite several emails to the following IDs and follow up phone calls even after a lapse of 6 months.
I plan to contact BBI now and post my experience on the online reviews as they wasted my several hours for an eyeglass frame refund of $80 (out network allowable limit). Versant Health is an unprofessional and unreliable company and they deserve ZERO rating only.
