My credit card was charged for Toll Fees although I have a Sunpass Transponder. Id like to how to get detailed information of specific dates, highways, and Lucense plate of charges incurred.

On December 29, 202, I rented a car from Fox Rent a Car and drove from Miami to Tallahassee Florida.
I had my Sunpass Transponder with Acct. Number 11366****.
My mistake was I did not know I had to register the plate number, but Sunpass charged me around ten dollars for that trip, for which ATS also is charging me for more about $150 including the two-day extension of the rent for the same car. Below is the summary of the Sunpass charges for that trip
