Unfair Practices

Veronica Beard refused a Return on a pair of booties I bought even though I was buying another pair half size smaller. Ive not had this experience before with them but I found it to be cheap and petty to stick me with these after being a long time loyal customer!
I have many other choices VB and dont have to deal with this type of unfair customer service! Now when shopping at Saks or elsewhere and see your brand I bypass it altogether!

Why list a phone number for CS, if they never answer the phone?

Created an exchange order for a $900 purchase, received half of the items and the other half has an obsolete FedEx tracking #, which means it never shipped. CS never answers the phone, even if I leave a call back number. Obviously, the company doesn't track their own orders to see if there's an issue with tracking and rely on customers to point them out...

I have tried to print a return label for order number 893804, the dova pant which does not fit. I am keeping the Kuna pant. I have called, but had to leave a number as you said no one available.

Wish I would have checked here before ordering from Veronica Beard. So frustrating, cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone, they do not respond to emails or call back when a number is left at their request.
