Endured a hateful, resentful woman named Teri Hara who seemed hell-bent on taking out her rage, for whatever reason, on the customers. Very insecure around Vermonters and women in general.
She is sharp-tongued, very critical and full of rage - that was the most disturbing part. I'm not sure what it's about exactly, but it makes for a very uncomfortable interaction. This is not representative of our community or what our state is known for. It's terrible.
