Veritas Services AC and Heating SUCK

Veritas Services is horrible. There employee Scott Brown tried to get a date with my assistant and he is married! They have to be called out several times to complete a job. They do not have there invoices in order either. I have to make sure that they do not charge me for units they did not do. They dress sloppy in jeans and tshirts. He has come into my office smelling of smoke. My residents saw him smoking out of a pipe one day. I do not recmmend this company at all. They do very sloppy work. Very unprofessional!

Scott Brown is a Very Good Tech. In fact he was a rehire and at that time he was drug tested.

Fether more Scott Brown is not married. We feel that this rating is slander of Scott and it has nothing to do with Veritas Services. We alway have open communication with all our customer, and they all speak highly of him.

False alligaion against a person and exspecially a company with the suggestion for others not to do bus witht the company are illegal. We injestigate all matters like this, and we have found that this one not to be true.

UPS Delivered to the Wrong Address 3 Days Late

Shipped a package to a client in Germany for Friday before noon delivery. Would have used FedEx but they couldn't guarantee delivery before 6 pm. Customer service didn't tell us we needed a commercial invoice. It got held up in customs because it was missing the commercial invoice. Because of the delay, we had to change the shipping address twice. All customer service people and several managers (approx. 15) I talked to over the three days were unhelpful. They all told us that the paper work was not received and that we needed to send it again. We faxed and e-maild new delivery instructions per their request 4 times. We were assured that it would go to the new address by a customer service manager. They delivered it on Monday to the original address. As a result, we had to have someone in Germany get the package at the original address and bring it to our client and the materials in the box were useless because it didn't get to the destination before Monday Morning. So we're not getting paid and UPS thinks they can still charge us.
