Product was not the same as the product that was short. Less cannabis available in the banana daddy as opposed to the animal mint which I paid more for that product.
I wanted to match the product I had purchased with high THC.
I will be weighing all my products I purchase from this place. The employees open the weed based on knowing the customer.

This company abuses their employees and shouldn't be supported. They only care about money, and their prices are stupid.
A whole bunch of kid managers, that make this place the worst place that I have ever worked in. Support businesses that care about the people that work for them.

Veterans of Combat PTSD and Terrorism
They will give a 25% off discount over a 30% Veterans Discount because they don't have enough billions of dollars, squeeze us more. Staff knows nothing of any product can never answer questions or have actual responses other than "I hear its good" lol, too many "Palestinian protestor types with offensive tribal headwear that doesn't belong, cultural appropriation and racist behavior, homo woe is me rights people working thinking about themselves and their gay issues rather than to be knowledgeable, meanwhile Pharmacists actually have to know what they are handing out, not a budtender lol, place is a rip off a joke, and the product that is "medicine" is inconsistent, guess what, you cannot change your heart meds every week, we need reliable medicine that the sales people are not laughing at you. Combat veteran humiliated by terrorist sympathizers.

Medical is what made the company in Westminster Maryland and now since Rec theres 5 cashiers for rec and one for medical and when I asked the manager Mikey
Why he said call outs well that was the second and last time I stand in line for a medical pre order for 45 minutes

No one called to remedy the broken dablicators I purchased. I was assured that the problem would be handled but, was left hanging without any further communication from the Dispensary.

Ive been trying for two days to purchase from your store. I continually get an error message.
Its very frustrating. Especially since Ive also tried to call and the store no longer is taking customer calls since the reopening.
It really feels like this company doesnt care about medical patients. I simply want to use whatever rewards Ive accumulated and I promise youll never hear from me again!

I am unable to resolve any issue and no response from email. Your main customer service as well as my location cuts me off and hangs up. I need help. I will call a different dispensary. Get help with.
I am unable to get my location (North Aurora) to pick up phone. Nor do I get an answer my emails.
I need info on a specific product and have a question about having my husband pick up my order.
You have no customer service!!! I will contact zen for help from now on.

Carley, at the Liverpool location, is rude, unprofessional, cutting, salty, passive aggressive, unprofessional, and unprofessional. Her phone skills lack as a human being and she is a liability more than an asset to the company.
I have only used Verilife for 3 years.
Because of Carley they have lost my thousands of dollars a year business. Med Men here I come !

Very unhappy medical patient
I feel the need to express my horrible experience at the Ottawa dispensary January 9th 2021. It started when the security guard made me wait outside so the other security guard and go inside to use the bathroom.
And when I did go inside the young lady who was taking the IDS and checking them was very rude she didn't acknowledge me she didn't say hi she didn't ask me for my confirmation number I thought she was very rude. Then when I got inside I checked in my appointment was from 12 to 12: 14, I didn't get to The Dispensary at 4 minutes to 12 was not helped until 12:28 and that was only because I got up twice to ask how much longer. And me and five other patients sat in the waiting room listened and watch all of the walk-in recreational customers come in without appointment come and get what they need and went they need and leave. As we kept sitting there I can't even tell you how many customers with appointments and without appointments came in and left as I sat there for 28 minutes waiting to be helped.
You would think the medical patients would be helped before the rec customers. And the manager did come and talk to me, she was not helpful although very apologetic that's do does me no good as I sat there for 28 minutes watching customers come in without appointments to get what they want and leave. I would think you would keep a better eye on how many medical patients are sitting and would open more registers to accommodate your medical patients, vs rec customers.
I would think you wouldn't want to help the medical patients before the rec customers.I'm going to switch my dispensaries because of my unpleasant visit I had. I do know there's not much you can do for me, but I hope in the future medical patients can get better service from that dispensary.
Preferred solution: better service for the medical patients !
