I cannot reach the company by phone and have been three days trying to complete the review. I cannot complete it .

Every time I get to the end there is another firm to complete. I will contact my bank and stop payment because this is not working.

The address shown on their website, https://verifiedcbd.com, shows: 1031 Ives Dairy Road, Suite 228, MB#4, Miami, FL 33179, which appears to be a virtual / rental office facility.

Here is the web site for those services at that address: http://www.goldbetter.com/ - Read the web site, and Google Earth the address to see the exterior sign of office suites. It is highly unlikely that there is a lab at this facility.

I wasn't satisfied with the product, so I called a rep about the matter. Since I had all ready done the research on the address discovering it may only be a virtual office, I tried to find out where in Florida the oil was made, and she refused to provide the information. I let her know that the address listed for the "lab" is a virtual office and pressed again for the address of the lab where the product was made. Again, she refused.

I wanted a domestic address to send the unused and unopened product back because their returns policy states that one must send the product back to LITHUANIA! Wait a second - if "Verified CBD Oil" is made in the USA, as the web site and product bottles state, then why does it have to be sent to back to Lithuania? According to the rep, because that's the company HQ.

FYI: I have worked for a few international businesses. Two of the HQs were in the U.K., and another was in the Netherlands. Regardless of HQ locations, customers who bought products in the USA were able to return products to the USA, because there were offices in the USA from which products were shipped. So shipping their product back to Lithuania made no sense at all since it was "Made in USA" and shipped from Florida - which is in the USA! At this point, any prudent customer would be wondering if the product really was "Made in USA".

The other important reason I desired a domestic address had to do with a very important sentence in their returns policy, and I quote:

"We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item."

Basically, they are warning that Customs in Lithuania may not let the return through (even if the package has all the required documents). Trust me, after working in the international business community for several years, when Customs in any country won't let your clients' or colleagues' have a package "just because", it's worse than highway robbery. Anyway...

The bottom line is that they don't have a domestic address to send products back to, and they may not have a lab in Florida, only a virtual/rental office space, all of which concerns me that they may not be following the laws pursuant to the Federal Government, or the State of California (where the product was sold and shipped), governing products being "Made in USA".

Furthermore, since there is zippo (0%) guarantee that a product shipping to Lithuania will get back to the company HQ, then there is no guarantee of the touted refund that is promoted on their web site if a customer is not 100% satisfied.

Although I would like to copy & paste the full text for the Shipping & Returns Policy as it appears this day of April 06, 2018 for your review, it may be a copyright violation to do so. In conclusion, BUYER BEWARE, because there's something about this company that just doesn't seem to add up when it comes to "Made in USA" and their returns policy with unpredictable outcomes. This bothered me so much that I also filed a complaint with the FTC and California's Board of Consumer Affairs.
