Seems my account is locked
They locked my account after I went into the Cedar Falls Hy-Vee branch and changed my phone number. I get my direct deposit in this account, and this isn't the first time they've done something like this.
Super annoying and unprofessional.
I'm not likely to continue to use a financial institution I obviously can't trust. Do better.
