Alferd Joseph Verdi is the most dumbest clueless attorney I have seen in a long time.
- - Took our money and refused a refund.
- - Bankruptcy case dismissed as incomplete by the trustee.
- - Bar paperwork claimed but not presented to us.
Please don't let him do your Bankruptcy. He took all of our money and destroyed our lives.
He refused to give us our money back. He was so bad, that the Bankruptcy Trustee, Rod Danielson, kick him and our case out of court because it wasn't complete. The Trustee eventually dismissed our case. We paid more money and he never got back with us.
The California Bar association claimed he did the paperwork, that attorneys do, but did not present it to us. What good is that. The California Bar Association refused to do anything about it after everyone, whom we tried to get help from, dragged it out past the statue of limitation.
Please beware of lawyers who don't know what they are doing. I can't believe he passed the bar!!
