Ordered an Item and not yet received
I ordered the item last August so I can use the item in the wedding at Sept midweek. I emailed them before the said date that Im going to use but they wont tell me the details and didnt give me a tracking number.
Until now, the item didnt arrived yet. I emailed them again and ant this time - they gave me the tracking and still they kept on saying that the item is on the way.
Wedding is done.. So disappointed.
Preferred solution: Full refund
