My name is Ethel Johnson, July 28 2018 i purchase a new Buick 2017 Lacrosse from this company, i paid cash for this car. This car has been giving me trouble ever since i purchase it and they cant seem to find the problem. I took it back three times and they test it and drove it and the problem that I experience does not show up when they take it and check it out or go for test drives
The problem is when I stop the car at the light or stop the to make a left turn or right turn this car stalls in drive will not go forward wile still in drive the engine raging will not shift the car will not go forward in drive until i let it roll to a stop and i shut it off and restart then it goes. Please i need help! This car is
