Possible scam site
Ordered several items weeks ago and nothing has been delivered at this point. Cant get hold of customer service. Avoid site!
Question about sale price
I would like to order Fannie crescent crossbody classic navy. Online there is a sale on regularly priced for $60 The sale is today and tomorrow.
The sale said That said that would be discounted at end of checkout.
But I did not get discount online.
pleas note that the $60. Price was the one listed ONE WEEK AGOso, this was NOT the sale price.

My online order never arrived. Called customer support and the lady was just as sweet and helpful as could be She ordered another tote bag and had it sent our UPS
A package i ordered online never arrived. I called and the rep was very kind and helpful.
She found my order and replaced it with another tote bag.
Fortunately you have the same pattern available and she send another one out to me.
I was very happy with the response from this rep. I have many VB products
