Venuebook Venue Booking Service Review

If you are thinking of using venuebook for your event space, don't make the same mistake I did. The program is buggy, outdated, and seems to have been built by people who don't understand our industry at all. Support is understaffed and dealing with all the bugs and technical glitches and outages that happen all the time. Don't waste your time or your money.

Venuebook.com owned by Kelsey Recht is a fraud

Venuebook.com or Venue Book is owned by Kelsey Recht. Its a new fly by night operation as you will find out, if you dare to use it. I registered and selected a venue. Venuebook referred me to party planner, Rick Moelis. The entire process was a fiasco. Every step of the way was a nightmare. The staff at Venuebook was unprofessional and the referral to Rick Moelis was a catastrophe. These so called professional event planning professionals need to go back to event planning school. Thank God that I was able to move onto another platform before they escaped by defrauding me. Dont use them at all costs!
