VENTUREKIT, I am not subscribed to any plan, return my money
I am not subscribed to any plan, yet I am being charged $19 automatically every month. Despite this, I am unable to access even the three business plans offered. I have sent emails and tried reaching out through the live chat, but after two days, I have received no response, even though they claim to respond within two hours.

I paid money i was under the impreston that there was a help line with a human or at least someone to answer the emails
there is no suppot at all no emial address that replly i have wasted 4 days trying to get help from a human

Calling them frauds doesn't fully capture my frustration. They charged me for six months upfront and provided minimal service.
Emails to their support were ignored, and their live chat was always offline.
I had to get my bank involved to stop further charges. Truly disappointing experience.
Preferred solution: Full refund
