Venture Banners-Bad Service
This company has terrible customer service, trades under a different name then the one given and expects customers to give payment details (credit card details) over the phone. I contacted this company with my complaint but the managing direct was very rude and agressive over the phone claiming that there was no need to "flower up" the company's communication with its customers and that they did not want to deal with customers who complained. I submitted my order through clearview banners but they seem to trade as venture banners, clear view banners has since gone out of business. a
