I was in the Venice Nail - Bar on 10/19/2024, Desert Blvd in El Paso TX. I asked for gel manicure and pedicure.

One lady did the gel pedicure and abruptly she told me that another person will do the gel pedicure since she had an appointment. I got a very wrong job in my nails, I asked him to fix, but he didnt it well. I paid $150 for the two services . The guy attending me was asking me too much questions and he was acting like he didnt like was he was doing.

I left and submitted my review telling them that I hope they contacted me to fix it. They didnt and I decided to call them today 10/25/24, a lady named Heidi answered my call, I told her the problem and he was supposed to understand it and asked me to be back to redo my manicure. When I was there I selected another person for my gel manicure, the lady named Jenny worked excellent. When she finished with me, the lady named Heidi told me that I needed to pay $50 for the service.

I asked her why, and she said it happened due I selected a different person to do my gel manicure, of course I will not select the same person, he didnt do a correct job. Heidi called her boss named Brandon, a very arrogant person and he said that I needed to pay since I didnt tell them when the another service was done. I told him that I sent the review, he said that he didnt put attention to the reviews. He told me I was not honest, it was an insult for me, he didnt know me, when he offended me.

My husband said to pay them, but I consider very unfair to pay double for a service. Unfair to want to obligate me that the same person redo a wrong job. Mistakes: this business is not responding for wrong service at least the same person redo it.

The receptionist didnt clarify the things to the customers and the boss is a very unpleasant person. The have interés for the money only not for the customers.
