Ripoff Artists
National Scamming small businesses, loan officer, Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Offices. Claim to give advertising services in a Community Guidebook that is exclusive to Real Estate Offices. If you become an advertiser you are invited to their social networking events. Once they get your money they'll have you sign a contract which basically allows them to steal your money.
Run around after run around they will say there are delays and delays and they have 180 days to get the product to you yet it is never given. Typically they'll ask for $495 up front and a day later more opportunities will open up and "managment" has given permission to give you two more offices for the price of $695.
Poof your money will be flushed down the drain and good luck getting it back.
