Product not as represented
Magnet for MagSafe does not work with the case. The camera protector had no instructions with it. MagSafe had obviously been used before I got it.

Preferred solution: A mag safe that works as represented in the add or a full refund.

Your customer service sucks rotten eggs.
Do not buy from this company. The actual case is okay.
The MagSafe does not work with the case. The camera lense protector came without instructions and does not stick.
Trashed it. Wanted to get a MagSafe that works but, get no reply from the company regarding replacement/exchange.
No reply ever received. I have time for now. *** in every platform I can find.
Overpriced and there is no reply from customer service.

Just 1 of my biggest disappointments for 2026.
1 The case is okay.
2 The camera protection lense is impossible to install with no instructions. No source on you tube to even help.
3 the magnet ring is useless with the case.
Does not work.
Only works on the bare unprotected iPhone.
4 Mag ring was opened and had been used prior to my receiving it.
I paid close to $70 for these useless items. My credit card got over charged reporting and disputing.

I ordered the wrong size case for my phone. Could I exchange it? I love the case and I think the magnet will work, but it's the wrong size and will not fit my phone.
