Resolved: Size Specs are not to American Sizing
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I sent proof of purchase. I’m never buying clothes based on Facebook ads again.
I bought a sweater on Valthentic.com. I usually wear a Large or X-Large.
The website did say something about buying on the large size so I got the XL. I could barely squeeze into a XXL. I've never been a 2X in my life so I thought XXL would be okay. When I reported it they said I could ship it back but I'd be responsible for the shipment back to Germany.
Or they could give me a 15% refund. The sweater is 100% worthless to me because I can't buy it so 15% isn't great but it was my only other option.
