Velocity Processing

In the process of considering new merchant accounts processing, we had our accounts receivable, and accounts payable managers go out and do some merchant due diligence. along with some of the other major known credit card processors and some local processors including some referrals are people also checked on with velocity processing is located in Fort Lauderdale FL and the reports I'm getting back from my staff are just appalling, in fact, they're telling me that we should never do business with this company NEVER!

I don't know how long we have been trying to find a new processor but one of the things that we do first try to look for lower fees and lower individual processing rates, Jeff, at velocity processing at what I am told lied to our accounts payable people about the available rates in the available exchange rates or percentages for processing one thing that should be noted is that when you use a credit card processing company they always take a small percentage and or charge fees, in this case, he was extremely misleading.

Jeff, I'm told offered us quite the bait and switch he offered US1 set of exchange rates in one set of discount rates and the next thing you know when it came time to sign in the small print those rates didn't even exist so anyone who's looking to do business with this person you should be very careful one thing I would always know is that sometimes it's better to go with who you know instead of searching for someone you don't know.

our experience with Jeff over velocity was one is that he's self-absorbed condescending and demeaning he had no problem being mean to our people and also his correspondence to us was horrible that's why we chose never to do a customer base with them or we never offered any of our customers to go through them my advice is to go somewhere else do not do business with velocity processing or some guy named Jeff
