Velocity Computers Engage in Fraud

I purchased a Velcity Micro 10 tablet from the company's website. The tablet arrived and, after repeated calls to Velocity's help desk, plus taking the tablet to the local Geek Squad it was determined that the computer had technical problems and would not work. A week after receiving the tablet, I sent it back to Velocity's Richmond, Virginia office. The company's 90 day warranty promises to pay shipping, which they did not. But more aggrevating is the fact that they charged me a 15% "Restocking Fee!" This is criminal, when the tablet arrived it did not work. I was in direct communication with Velocity starting on the second day that I had possession of the tablet. The restocking charge cost me $75. So if they are "restocking" this tablet, does that mean someone else has received an inopperable tablet? Do that 10,000 times, and you have a nice profit center.
