Ich besitze nun seit zwei Jahren den Veho M10 Neupreis 300 .
Seit ein paar Wochen lässt sich dieser nicht mehr komplett aufladen und seit ein paar Tagen nicht mal mehr einschalten.
Kurz überlegt und die Entscheidung getroffen wie hoch per E-Mail zu kontaktieren weil 300 nicht gerade wenig Geld ist lohnt sich die Reparatur.
Keine Antwort auf Mails kein Kontakt einfach null frage mich ob hinter dieser Firma überhaupt jemand steckt.
Das Ende vom Lied Lautsprecher liegt im Mülleimer und eins ist ganz sicher nie wieder im Leben wie Veho.
Leute ganz ehrlich ihr seid mit Abstand der schlechteste Kundenservice der mir in meinen 45 Jahren untergekommen ist.

Good afternoon or evening for you probably. My name is john barker and im a super fan of your products.
I have many of your products from the veho kuzo watch to the m7 and everything in between. Im basically a cheerleader for veho in washington state where i live. Lately ive had a string of bad luck. My dog chewed up my brand new veho stixs 2 my favorite ear buds.
So im down to my veho RHOX which are also amazing. But someone decided to steal just the case for them which is odd but now i cant use my RHOXs either.
So do you sell just replacement cases and how much are they? Thanks again for all your speciality products!

Over priced crap product
I had one of the most premium power banks they offer 30000mah it wasnt even a year old when it packed in with zero reasons as to why . The same power bank is still over £150 in some stores which in no way im *** ill ever pay again for products from here that like to break down unexpectedly and when reaching out to customer support all they can suggest is i try a new cable like i never tried several , its just an expensive paperweight now and ill never be back with veho again as there customer service is crap as well as their products are just over priced crap .

after that my case for veho STIX II is not working anymore, I have escalated my issue to the technical support since 26/10/2022 and since then a ping/pong of emails is there with no result.
I have provided video+photos showing the issue a full troubleshooting and the invoice of course.
a horrible time of response with no resolution.
I will never ever recommand the product anymore as I have made all my colleagues bying it as the experience supposed to be excelent.
Preferred solution: a new case for my Stix II

Portable video camera. Shattered lens after third use.
Contacted VEHO online (they are UK based business and have no customer service number). Initially they said return to J&R (place of purchase) when told J&R refused return (over thirty days) they said, "mail to us with $40." When asked where to send and to whom's attention...they flaked and failed to respond to my four e-mails. BUYER BEWARE. ZERO Customer service, Poor quality product.
When I purchased the product I was told by J&R that this company VEHO had a poor customer service record, however the product itself was a good product, minus the carrier. I should have listened.
