CBuenas tardes desde el 26 de noviembre, he estado reclamando tanto a Sephora (suplidor) y a Veho (transporte contratado por el suplidor) ya que una orden realizada el 22 de noviembre por un valor USD$ 211.86 NO lo he recibido. Sephora dice que el responsable es el transportista y no se hace responsable (lo cual me sorprende una irreponsabilidad de Sephora) y Veho no responde a mi reclamacion y en linea dice entregado y la foto que dicen confirma que se entrego no corresponde a la puerta donde debio de ser entregado, la hora fe entrega presente inconsistencia y Aun mi paquete de USD$211.86 no ha sido recibido, no ha sido reversado el valor de el mismo y ni el suplidor ni el transportista se han hecho responsables.

The driver text said that my package its on the way, I waited by the window and at 4pm the text said its been delivered, I try to talk with The track package, and after back and forth saying that indeed my package was delivered to my address, I said no I stayed by the window he got back and said its been delivered to this address, I went there this lady came up in a heavy rain, look around for so long, strange thing btw, also the address had a huge about of empty boxes by his door, as well inside his house as I picked inside the house. I bet he didnt think I will go to the address.

I want this guy fired, I am serious.

And I will find out. Or Veho will support consequence. I am an attorney.

Also he immediately took the pic down, which was not clear or just a corner of it. Thats the adress where he send me, I am sure he is related with the address he sent me to.Thank you!!

I am complaining because I have been on a route for the last seven hours and they paid me 40 something bucks. They cut me off in the middle of dropping off deliveries and then they expect me to start back at 3 AM.

This was a load that was took back to the ware house three times. this is completely unacceptable. I need to be reimbursed for my gas fees my time everything this is insane. Ive never seen an organization you cant even pick up the phone and call someone.

This is not business. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

very pissed minimum wage get paid more than this company. This is complete slavery.

Delivery driver misdelivered my package, after I provided CLEAR instructions. Theres literally 2 buildings on my street and somehow they messed that up.

IMMEDIATELY I informed support (like 45 seconds after receiving the delivered text) and support did not help to retrieve the package. Just stated the driver cannot correct the delivery. Now Im out $250 in food that someone else gets to eat and I just reorder and allow Veho to soil a great reputation from the original merchant?! VEHO is CRIMINAL.

BS delivery service. If you see your orders are being delivered from VEHO, cancel it now cause they dont give a damn about you or getting errors resolved.
