I ordered two double steakhouse burgers with tempeh bacon on it and the kids Burger meal there's only the kids Burger meal there and then the bag broke it when all of the floor by the front of the gate as I was walking up the stairs please have them fixes so I can have my food

I think it was more a case of miscommunication. Their customer representative appeared as spam on my cell phone..

Once I realized it was Veggie Grill returning my phone call I called the number back. Jennifer explained how the new points work and was very helpful.

I am a grub hub driver and had a order for the westlake. When I walked in immediately I was being discriminated against by your employee named Anna.

When I told her my order name and I was with Grubhub, she proceeded to ignore me. I reported that to grub hub and in my app the food wasnt being prepared until I got there. Anna stated she was still working on the order I said okay. I went to my car for about 10 mins called grubhub to tell them how rude anna was towards me and I felt she was discriminating against me.

I had noticed a order behind anna but she said that wasnt my order, so I went back to my car for another 15 mins while i was waiting I can see inside the restaurant and i called grubhub again to notify them the order wasnt going to be done on time because your restaurant wasnt providing me the food and Anna was unwilling to give me the order. Anna was trying to prevent me from making my money and wasting my time because she can on purpose. When she finally gave me the order I got mad because the order was sitting there the entire time!!! The entire 30 mins I was there the order was behind her on the counter and never once did she check or acknowledge my order!

Again preventing me from doing my job! Messing with my time and my money I let grubhub know what was going on. She heard me on the phone with grubhub filing a discrimination complaint against her. After I got the order I was on the phone with grubhub again the 3rd time I called them and let them know I dont want to do business with veggie grill and I wasnt going to help your company make money because your employee Anna at the westlake location was being a type of way towards me and very rude towards me!

When I left I called veggie grill to ask for the employees name she stated her name was Anna and she was doing her best to do her job. Then after filed a report against me with grubhub! Which I have now multiple reports of discrimination showing how I was treated at your location I will be presenting to my lawyers to sue Veggie grill anna personally and Grubhub for all discriminatory actions caused to me today while I was on a active order. Anna clearly wasnt doing her job when I was standing there not being assisted and she was intentionally wasting my time!

Letting the customers food sit there and get cold below safe consumption temperatures. I will also be calling the health department regarding the orders sitting on a shelf for a long period of time and not being delivered or picked up within a appropriate amount of time.

As for veggie Grill if action is not taken against your employee Anna at the westlake location. Im going to proceed with my lawsuit!

I have been going to the Veggie Grill located at 8000 W. Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90046 in Hollywood Hills for years - however, they have lately started stealing food off my plate every time I order Masala Bowl, and I have been going home hungry every time I eat at this Veggie Grill location.

Veggie Grill has gotten very, very, very greedy - and its not a way to be when you cater to the vegetarian community. Veggies are super cheap - there is no reason for Veggie Grill to cut down customer's plates by 1/3 to line their pockets with money! Veggie Grill has been removing lots of key ingredients when preparing their plates, but still charging the same - $10.50 for a Masala bowl, consisting of a piece of bread and a few leaves of kale and a couple of broccolis on top! They have recently started to dilute their Masala Bowls by filling it up with water 1/3 which turns the dish into a soup - something it's never meant to be, and the plate still looks 1/5 short!

This is how much Veggie Grill has been stealing from people's plates, and I am not the only victim of the Veggie Grill Greed! I started complaining to the manager, but the manager told me that everyone else was also complaining, and that I should call the corporate offices and take it out with them. I called the corporate offices and spoke to Anthony in the Santa Monica Location who talked me into coming back into the Veggie Grill Shop and provided me with two comped cards to make things right and erase my bad experience. My Comp Card experience was fine - the veggie people fixed my plate like it should be and like it always has been - a regular size plate with all of the veggies intact - they knew who I was because I had the comp cards.

However, when I returned without a card, as a regular-paying customer that I am - I received a Masala bowl filled 1/3 with a curry-flavored water and there was barely any veggies on my plate! Some of the ingredients were completely absent! I walked out of Veggie Grill hungry once more, and I do not intend in going back - the only thing that saved me that night was that Trade Joe's was right next door, and despite the late hour, it was still open! I quickly ran in into the Trader Joe's literally 2 steps away, and bought 2 vegetarian wraps, some juice and some hummus, and spent exactly what I would have spend at the Evil and Greedy and Wicked Veggie Grill to be insulted with water in my dish and some missing vegetables.

I called Anthony again at the Corporate Headquarters in Santa Monica to tell him about my horrible experience with the Veggie Grill - however, he never returned any of my phone calls! It's not the comp cards people want when they try to report their miserable experiences to you, Anthony - people want to get the benefit of their bargain, they want the food that they paid for, and they don't like going home with an empty stomach. People want consistency and they want to know that they will get what they ordered and paid for instead of being let wonder each and every time that they sit at the table whether there will be enough food to eat. Twice already Veggie Grill had ruined my evening and sent me home with an empty stomach and very, very upset, all right before bedtime.

I have never seen anything like this happen in years I've been a customer here! Veggie Grill - shame on you! Don't you know that very soon everyone else will too start noticing how you are stealing the food off the plates and how you are ripping everyone off? No one likes greed - and there's certainly no reason for it!

Vegetables are plenty cheap, and there's plenty of them growing everywhere!

I give thanks to the Trader Joe's where vegetarian fare is already prepared for you - otherwise, I would have nowhere to go after I come out of your Veggie Grill dining experience! The Corporate Greed is a bad look for all your veggies, Veggie Grill - change your ways before it's too late!
