Vegas Ticket Fix

Hired them to fix simple speeding ticket. 78 mph in fast lane of freeway.

Mickey mouse ticket. No results. No reduction, no dismissal, nothing. Charged me $150 for no results.

Steer clear or you will be ripped off like I was.

I called Vegas Ticket Fix to handle a ticket a few months ago. After dragging their feet, having to call them myself for any updates, and court date being rescheduled twice, two weeks ago they gave me a result of $98.

My original ticket was for $272 (speeding less than 10 miles over/seat belt -easy ticket). After paying them $80 I figured that was a good deal. When I went to the court website to pay the ticket it was $198. I called them multiple times over last few weeks and just now received a call back.

I was told by the manager, the clerk writing the results is only human and makes mistakes. I understand mistakes can be made but they can also be corrected which they refused to take responsibility for. Now Im stuck paying $278 which is more than the original ticket was for. They got the seat belt violation dismissed but did not even try to reduce the speeding part.

Even after speaking to Jessica, the manager, they said they do not guarantee any results which I can understand but what I am left wondering is if they even tried to fight it.

Im not a lawyer and have HAD better results than that in court. I will never be using or recommend this company again.

We were decieved by this law firm, who is working under the name Vegas Ticket Fix. We would not recommend this law firm to anyone to handle their tickets.

We paid them the 40 dollars, and asked them to go to court for us. From their advertising on their web site, which states that they can lower or eliminate fines, we atleast expected our fine to stay flat at 198 dollars, and not rise. Nothing in their emails to us, or their advertising states that any fees would actually rise. They went into court, and the deal of the day was pay 100 dollars for getting out of alledged "madatory" traffic school.

They never contacted us about this, just made a terrible deal with the judge, and now our fines with the court are 298 dollars. We could of visited the window at the court and got a better deal than this and have learned that Vegas Ticket Fix is not to be trusted nor would we ever recommend them to anyone. We even had a talk on the phone with them, and they only offered a 40 dollar refund for the fees they charge, which doesn't cover the 60 extra dollars we will have to pay for the court.

If you need to get a ticket fixed, go with another company. Or if you can, go to the window at the court and deal with them directly, atleast they will be more transparant than Vegas Ticket Fix.
