Veer Cosmetics - Charged me extra for something I didn't order!!!!!
I called bc I ordered foundation and they added 2 more products and charged me extra for them. They hung up in my face and blocked my number!!!! Then I tried calling from 4 other family members numbers and they blocked them all too! Do not buy from them!!! It's all a rip off!!!!! Can't believe how people can be so disrespectful! Terrible company and customer service!

I ordered 4 or 5 foundations to get one free (your promotion). I did not get one free. I also received month 1 of a subscription box. I wish to keep that box but please cancel my subscription now. Veer Cosmetics - Defective face masks
This company produces defective face masks. The strap that goes around your ear breaks. I payed 71.99 for 20 unusable masks. Ive sent them pictures got Disconnected from phone calls. It is particularly disappointing that during a global pandemic they take advantage of people. Regardless, do not do business with them!

I had the same issue but I emailed and they are sending me replacement masks. I was told they had some quality issues in the first batch they shipped.

I sent my order back for a refund, they received it on 6-8-20 and I still do not have my refund on 7/27/20. When I called the first time they said they were waiting on PayPal, I said I did not pay through PayPal. I was told that's the only way that I can receive a refund since my debit card # has changed. They would not let me give them the new card for the refund. I asked how can PayPal refund me since I did not pay through them. I was told it's the only way that I can receive the refund. Then they said oh we do not have your email address to contact PayPal. I said ok I will give it to you and then the woman rattled off my email address. Interesting!!! I think this is a big scam and I will not see my money refunded. BEWARE!!!!!!

On 1-7-2020 I was billed for products I did not authorize. Not 1time but 2 times. 21.60 & 83.68=105.28. I NEVER received a confirmation nor email of said purchase was going to be sent. In February I received my bank statement when I was aware of the charges. I contacted Veer Cosmetics and was told they would refund me my money. I contacted my banking institution & was told they were going to confiscate my charge card so this company would not try to use? It’s now an invalid card. Veer told me they have to issue refund back to the card I used. Well it’s invalid. I asked if I could give them a new card?NO. I asked if I could give them another MasterCard?NO. I asked them to send me a company draft?NO. My bank told me to tell them to send straight to my checking acct.NO! The only way I can get a refund is to open a PayPal acct. I never used PayPal before or knew nothing about how PayPal works. We are now in May and still NO refund! February, March & April. I was lied to. I was even on a 3 way phone call with my banking institution & was told by Veer they would resend me what I supposedly ordered, Veer customer service when I asked for my refund couldn’t bc they had resent me the product a couple days ago & stated I should receive in about 5 days.I was ok with that. Month goes by and nothing received! I tracked the order & it was in LasVegas in their warehouse?? Speaking with Customer Service again they checked it out and told me “we have a new shipment & we can send”! By this time I’m so frustrated I demanded my refund. We are now in May & NO Refund! I did open a PayPal acct. PayPal has over 60 messages from me bc every time I have them check to see if Veer sent my refund to them they show they have not! I have been lied to sooo many times from Veer that they are not a reputable company. I was blaming PayPal & it was Veer. PayPal would check as well as I to see if Veer sent my refund to PayPal & NO Refund was ever sent. I ‘m normally pretty good about checking out new companies & read their reviews before trying out. When they stated they don’t use bad chemicals I thought I’d give them a try. The only way I will try the products if they have free samples & send me. This company has lots of bugs to work out before I consider making a purchase!

I-7-2020 I was billed for 2 unauthorized payment of 21.60 + 83.68 Total 105.28. February 2020 I received my bank statement when I was aware of the charges. I NEVER received product,confirmation or email of items being sent. I have over 60 messages to PayPal that Veer customer service supposedly sent refund. I was finally told by PayPal to get proof that they did send refund to them. Each time I called Veer always told me they sent & I would get an email. Nothing came thu to PayPal or me. I have called Veer numerous times to be lied to every time! Your customer service advised me I will need to open an account with PayPal bc my bank confiscated my card which this unauthorized purchased was used. I tried to see if Veer would use my new card. No! I asked if I could use another MasterCard. No! I was told by my bank to have them put straight to be checking acct. NO! I even asked if they send me a company draft. NO! Appx. 1st week in March I was on 3 way with Veer customer service and was about to ask for my refund when I was told we resent the order and you should receive within a week. Month went by NOTHING was sent. I tracked the order and was in Las Vegas still in the warehouse??? But customer service says oh we have a new shipment & we can ship to you. Oh *** no! I want my refund. By this time I’ve had enough of the scam. That’s when I was told to open an PayPal account. To date, I have over 60 messages back & forth from PayPal stating they have yet to receive any acknowledgment from Veer that a refund was sent. I thought the problem to be with PayPal but it’s Veer! I called numerous times back to Veer, and the same lies. We are in March again Veer says they would send refund. To check my acct. Nothing! April same thing I’m always told I will send & check my acct. I even called and was told they were again sending refund & will receive by Friday & when I called Veer back they said on Saturday they will send. Finally, PayPal told me to get an email address & they will research. Last nite, I googled Veer to see if this company was a scam or see if any complaints were filed by the BBB. OMG I did read where there were complaints like mine. I am here today to see what you might could do to help me resolve this? By the way, PayPal would like any proof that a refund was really sent bc they’ve yet to receive anything! I will await for your response. Thank you for your time.

Jan 7,2020 two purchases were made on my debit/MasterCard 21.60+83.68 total 105.28 from Veer Cosmetics that I did not authorize! I did not get a confirmation, email or product from Veer. First week in February I received my bank statement was the first I was aware of this fraudulent transaction. I called Veer & was told they would send me the product. Appx. Middle of February I still did not receive product.I contacted my banking institution & they confiscated my card Incase this was a scam. A new card was issued. Appx March I was on 3 way phone conversation with Veer. Bank, me, Veer. Veer agreed to still send me the product. Stopping them short I ask for a refund. They came back and told me the product was re-sent couple days ago I should receive in 5 business days. Month goes by and nothing sent. I called Veer & tracked the product still sitting in the wearhouse?? I’m assuming bc it was from Las Vegas. Fed up with the incompetence I demanded a refund. Company agreed to put this back on the original card I paid with. It was no longer valid. I tried to give my new card. NO. I tried to use a different card. NO. I asked to have the company send me a company draft. NO. I was told I would have to open a PayPal acct. I did and I have to say that I have over 60+messages from PayPal that even tho Veer would tell me they sent my refund to PayPal. Nothing was ever sent after PayPal & I both looked. I would contact Veer and it always appear they sent the refund & sent me a confirmation email but I never received hoping PayPal will have received my refund & this would all end.Veer always say the same thing “ I sent you a email & confirmation.” I received Nothing. They would confirm my email still nothing. PayPal told me to get any proof that they truly sent. Seems the last conversation with Veer customer service was on April 27th. They told me to wait 3 to 5 days and I should have it in my account at PayPal. Today is May5th & I’m still waiting for my refund. Customer service is poor! I will call tomorrow that way they don’t tell me to wait the whole 7 business days. Since I DID NOT authorize this transaction, received the product, got an email or confirmation. I cannot give you any information what was being sent bc the app zapped out everything off the screen. I have no transaction detail.
