Bc ordered the Toby robot dog. It was advertised as performing sitting, begging following orders and barking. Also they stated it was made in the US and USB charging. None of it was true. deceptive
I want a full refund. They offered me half of what I paid, which was 39.97 (29.99 for the dog, 5.99 shipping, and 3.99 for protection, which I have no clue what it's for, except to extort more money).
They used deceptive advertising. They advertised it was made in the US when it was made and shipped from China. The dog I received would have cost me under 10.00 if I bought it from Walmart, Amazon, or even Five Below. They advertised the dog would hug, sit, beg, follow commands, and bark, and more.
All it does is run and bark with the mouth closed. They should be held accountable for their deceptive advertising. I want my money. They can have the dog back if they send me a prepaid postage envelope.
That's how the dog came. No box, just squashed in a postage stamp envelope from China. I'm not spending another penny on this.
I bought the same kind of dog for my granddaughter as an infant. I thought I was getting something that would substitute for a real dog, which she can't have.

Luna the dog you don't even deserve one star
I waited two months for this little dog Luna when it did come it wasn't what I expected. It's nothing like their commercial or their advertisement.
It was some battery operated $.99 dog that doesn't do anything but sit in your hand.
Sad will never buy any products from these people again and I hope you live your best life for that $39. I spent wasting my money on Bull...S
