Worst Customer service ever
- - Six staff over 90 minutes to answer a basic question.

None of vectors staff could give me an answer to a basic question was put through to 6 different staff over 4 different phone calls totalling over 90 minutes before the most basic question was answered each staff member put me through to the wrong department/ staff & then they put my mates cell number in their system despite me telling 3 of their staff that I was not calling from my phone & they were not to lodge that number into their system as my contact number, their staff don't know the basic information that they should & if they did this sort of nonsense would not happen, this was without a doubt the Worst Customer Service ever in my life
