I hired VDP Solutions to develop my website and made substantial payments toward the project. In my experience, the website remained incomplete, several pages and product categories were not properly connected or functioning, and the project was taken offline before a complete handoff was provided.
Despite repeated written requests, I did not receive all source code, website files, access credentials, and other materials needed to transfer the project to another developer.
Attempts to resolve the matter through direct communication and formal written notices have not resulted in a satisfactory resolution. This review reflects my personal experience and the records I have retained.
