Money back return NOT!

I purchased the Fix it Utilities 15 software for $29.95 thay claim 100% refund if not satisfied! Well this thing did nothing but keep kicking software out I followed the return process exactly as they have it in the owners manuel says must be returned within 90 days, i called the customer service because the time allotted was getting close they told me that as long as it was postmarked by the 90 day mark it would be fine!

Well months later no refund! Called and they said no refund passed 90 days i told them what i was told by theyre employees it was postmarked by 90 days pkus it cost me $20 to send it back! Now i have no money back plus it cost me money! These people are rip offs!

They were very rude! Stay away from this company !
