Company has almost no customer support and is trying to triple the membership subscription. It looks like they are going to be filing bankruptcy.

Why no phone support?!?! I have a simple question about using their product and have to submit a contact request, then wait for a reply.
This is almost worse than email. Some issues can be resolved through back and forth communication, but sometimes, you need a live agent to respond.
