Why no phone support?!?! I have a simple question about using their product and have to submit a contact request, then wait for a reply. This is almost worse than email. Some issues can be resolved through back and forth communication, but sometimes, you need a live agent to respond.

Preferred solution: Apology

User's recommendation: Do not purchase unless you have a B.S. in Computer Engineering. They have NO phone support. The only way to get a questin answered is to submit a request, which we all know how long that can take.
