My bill had services not performed because neither myself or my dog left the room. When I asked questions, I got no answers and paid the entire bill and then told not to come back again.
This business was recently sold and the previous owner was teriffic but the new owner is terrible to talk to and worse to do business with. IT IS ALLENDALE ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN ALLENDALE, MICHIGAN. OWNED BY DR.
FRAZER. I was not at all happy with the services performed, given an antibiotic without knowing what was wrong with my pet if anything, charged for service not done and asked to leave and not come back when I asked for the diagnosis.
