I purchased the 2 gallon sprayer 1 year...
- - Purchased a 2-gallon sprayer 1 year ago.
- - Within 1-year warranty; request replacement arm; wand works but handle faulty.
I purchased the 2-gallon sprayer 1 year ago, end of June 2025. When I went to use it this season, the wand did not work properly.
I charged it and turned it on. It would not shut off. I had to let the battery run out to shut it off. I have charged it again, and it will not run.
As it was within the 1-year warranty, I would like you to send me another sprayer arm.
The wand is still working, just not the handle. Please let me know.
User's recommendation: Make sure you can contact the company prior to purchase. This is a simple fix and yet the continue to not respond to me. I sent them an e mail about 2 months ago, and no response to that one either.

Sprayer stopped working and no customer support from Vaxmay or Amazon so I recommend you not to buy any Vaxmay products
