Stuck with system that doesn’t work!
- - Bought a VAVA Cam Pro 3 on eBay over a year ago and never set it up.
- - Tried setup recently; app not working; support says it's out of their control.
VaVa hasn’t even reached out to me. And there still selling products that don’t work
So I purchased the VAVA Cam Pro 3 camera set over a year ago, new on eBay, and never got around to hooking it up. Until recently, I tried to set it up and found out that their app is not even operational and they are selling these products knowing there is no way they will work.
I even reached out to customer service and their response was (it's out of their control).
They know exactly what they are doing. See the attached screenshot from Gemma at customer service.

tI try to download the cameras app and they don't appear on my phone I have an Android and I have had the cameras for 3 years. I don't know why now I can't find the app in the play store.
Preferred solution: Poder descar la app en mi tel para poder usar las cámaras no puedo descargar la app en mi Android y siempre e tenido Android y uso mis camaras
The product failed to work

To these category I bought this dash cam and it was $200. The battery died and I called customer service only two have them say that they couldn't do anything about it.
Now there is no app to use on Google Play store.
It would cost me generously to have it hardwired to my battery as well.. this company is horrible do not buy anything from them they are scammers

I have two cameras, they stopped working, I uninstalled the app and tried to download again but it won't download anymore and the number doesn't work
I got a vava speaker as a gift but it doesn’t turn on. Been trying to get hold of someone from this company but nothing. Wont be buying or gifting this product.
Won't answer their phone or emails. The speaker I got as a gift doesn't turn on or even charge.
Been calling for a few days but nothing. Don't recommend this product

Done everything on my end, rebooted phones rebooted base unit uninstalled app and reinstalled and will not get notifications to phones, Wi-Fi router is good
