When I enter my whatsapp number, it says I receive the code, if I am given a code, I am told that my number does not support whatsapp or I receive the code after 12 hours, but still pleas help how to unbaned my account

I paid 5 to play i got to 49 ask amy firekirin to cash me out and leave 5 on game she left the 5 on game so i could play she put the 5 and took the 44 and blocked me never sent my money
