Nov 28-29, 2016 ON CAMERA Racism and Sexism at Douglass Manor Apartments, first floor apartments (Vatterott Properties): The Maintenance, Contractors, Housekeepers ALL have universal keys to everyone's apartments. The occupants have repeatedly asked to be present whenever any employee of Vatterott enters, however the ALL MALE employees keep coming in when she leaves (they never knock on the door when she's there).

They are taking personal Breaks....turning on the tv, leaving bowel and *** in the toilet, stealing, going into the frig, etc. Also the employees are trying to force the black residents to pay for the Utilities of the upstairs white females, by manipulation the Circuit Breaker......the Lease says nothing about sharing breakers or sharing utilities. etc.....a Housing Code Violation. Incidentally, there are two vacant first floor apartments , where the babies can take breaks, leave Bowel in the toilet, contaminate the apartment, etc.

The employees are targeting several females who ride public transportation, several females are complaining about ongoing theft, invasion of privacy etc. Additionally, these apartments are worth $90 month , but taxpayers are paying $875 for this HUD mess.

DouglassManor prostitution, 546 N Elm ave. : For approximately three weeks "new" black female tenant , right next to Mike C.'s supervisor office, has had a steady group of black males...

knocking on her outside window/ waiting outside the main door/ honking their car horns/ she's meeting them at the main doors, or they crawl in the window ,etc. Again her apartment is ON CAMERA and directly next to the office. However, Mike C. continues to turn his head ....instead stalking other female tenants as he follows them into the ladies restroom, then makes accusations about the smell of the bathroom.

Where's the logic? Where's the professionalism?

The staff is abnormally aggressive and criminal- an accessory to prostitution. The walls are tissue paper thin, so the illegal activity is crystal-clear.

Douglass Manor/Vatterott properties 546 N Elm, webster groves MO: little Mike C., property manager (with VERY POOR judgement) recently had a black female "social worker" trespass in apt. 107, in order to setup a tenant....ALL based on a complaint from a black female *** head, whose longterm livin boyfriend has been illegally staying with her, for years.

Oh, did I mention this is a Section8 property? Also, last week a on parole/thug maintenance employee broke into a apt, stole items, contaminated the apt, and had the audacity to file a housekeeping complaint against the tenant. I've never seen such aggressive sexist/racist/ heinously disorganized property management! Vatterott doesn't care WHAT they hire!!

Don't waste your time moving into this property. Incidentally, the amount of bedbugs, spiders and MOLD will cause serious health issues for you and your children.
