My order
I ordered my product in February and still haven't received my order yet. Customer service was great to me and my family.
For me, it's just the delivery time. Also, it was hard to try and find a direct telephone number, but overall, it was a wonderful experience for me and my family.
The service was exceptional and professional, and they went out of their way trying to help us. We thank them very much.

My order
They were very professional and courteous, but it just took too long for my items to arrive. I ordered them in February, around the 9th, and it was hard to get a number for them to call.
