- - Only one of two returned items was refunded; the other allegedly wasn't in the box.

Terrible arrogant customer service. I sent back 2 items from an order but had only registered one of the items to be returned.
They only refunded one and the other they have lied that was not in the box. Outrageously bad customer service have never been treated in such a way that I am lying about not including item in the box. Shocking.
Do not shop at Varley. Awful cheap plastic fabric at high prices.
