Illegally billing my bank account !
Aff, has been billing my bank account, with no authorization by me, and when called , deny the whole process. Yet, my bank says, that their billing firm, shows it as a charge, therefore complicating the process, of getting things turned around, Beware of this company, and your personal banking info.
They will bill you, take your money, without even letting you know, and then deny, that they ever did. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY FINANCIAL INFO, it's a friggin nightmare, trying to get reimbursed !
In a world of cyber theft, I should have given it more thought, especially when the people in the billing office, are out of the country.

PAUL DAVID SCHMAUKEL is an expatriate resident of Ma'ufanga, Nuku'alofa, Tonga and the owner and operator of "Property Tonga". He met with Invest In Tonga, LLP back in 2009 with the hopes of convincing them to list some of his personal holdings in Vava'u, which they refused to do for various reasons. Perhaps old grudges die hard ...

PAUL DAVID SCHMAUKEL professes to be involved in "customer service and property management" for "Property Tonga"; however, he is in reality a real estate agent and semi-one-man show as scammer DAVID MULLISS lives in Australia full-time.
On their realty website it claims that, "Property Tonga" is also supported by legal professionals, maintenance and construction tradespeople, and advertising and marketing gurus".
DAVID MULLISS is a so-called "advertising and marketing guru" he speaks of. And, come to think of it, perhaps Mr. Mulliss is indeed a guru, a guru along the lines of all those far eastern scam-artists who take advantage of innocent people and callously defraud them!
In regards to "legal professionals", PAUL DAVID SCHMAUKEL uses the Stephenson law firm, a firm that is known for not only trying to convince its clients to only acquire government leases rather than legal tenancy agreements, despite the fact that they know Tongan government leases are little more than bait-and-switch documents whereas legal tenancy agreements are able top be written in stone and never amended without the written consent of BOTH the lessor and lessee!
Tongan government leases are also written in Tongan, which overseas investors obviously cannot understand. They also contain a provision that allows the Tongan government to arbitrarily assign an annual lease fee AFTER the original contract has been agreed to by the lessee. On top of this, such government leases also contain a provision that allows the Tongan government to arbitrarily RAISE the annual lease amount at their whim, with no rhyme or reason needed!
Legal tenancy agreements however are legally binding personal contracts between the landholder and the renter and fall under "contract law" rather than "land law". As such, they can be written in such a way as to be concrete and unable to be amended. What this means is that overseas investors can sign a contract written in their native language which they understand, and one that has LOCKED-IN lease fees or even non-existent annual fees, which either never increase or increase by a set amount each year, an amount that such investors agree to BEFORE signing the contract!
There may not be a person on this planet foolish enough to rent a home in their home country, based on an agreement that is written in a language they don't understand and which allows the renter to increase the rental fees at their whim, yet the Stephenson law firm recommends their clients agree to signing such documents in Tonga!
PAUL DAVID SCHMAUKEL is also known to work with Christine Utu'atu and her accounting firm. Christine has a very checkered past, was named in the Royal Land Commission report, and operates her own real estate company known as "Pacific Property, Ltd.". Recently she has been accused by the original realtor in Vava'u, Tonga, an expatriate by the name of Robert Bryce, owner of "www.SouthPacificRealestate.to"of fraud and malpractice concerning her accounting duties and of trying to secretly have Mr. Bryce's realty business shut down as it was in competition to her own, despite Mr. Bryce employing her as his accountant!
Today, PAUL DAVID SCHMAUKEL and his realty website seem to be floundering, and therefore DAVID MULLISS' scam whereby he attempted to ruin Peteni Falefo'ou's "Invest In Tonga, LLP" and prop up he and Mr. Schmaukel's "Property Tonga" through deceit, fraud and plain and simple THEFT, may have been just the shot in the arm Mr. Mulliss and Mr. Schmaukel needed to make some more money off unwitting overseas investors!
** WHO IS DAVID MULLISS? **
David Mulliss is a Warwick, Queensland, Australia resident who operates various businesses offshore in the South Pacific island nation of Tonga. He runs the "Touch of Tonga" website and developed and markets various Tongan web-based businesses as well.

He also secretly owns & manages the "Property Tonga" website, though he claims Paul David Schmaukel is the owner - perhaps to avoid paying taxes on his income - or to simply STEAL other listings from companies they way he did from Tongan Peteni Falefo'ou (more on this below)!
He has single-handedly DESTROYED poor Tongan "commoner" families ability to lease their property in order to earn much needed funds for their struggling families and to further their children's education!
Currently he works as a pre-press employee of APN Print on Kenilworth Street in the Axis Industrial Estate in Warwick, Queensland, Australia.

** WHAT HAS DAVID MULLISS DONE? **
In early 2014 DAVID MULLISS agreed to purchase the Invest In Tonga, LLP realty business. He submitted a down-payment and agreed to pay the remaining balance over time - and even more importantly - to help co-owner and Tongan national Mr. Peteni Falefo'ou in running the business, with a focus on customer service and web development.
However, once DAVID MULLISS was allowed access to the website and business files, he removed the property listings, store page and the like and replaced the previous site with a mere placeholder site, directing viewers to a real estate business known as "Property Tonga" which is owned by Mulliss and his expatriate business partner, PAUL DAVID SCHMAUKEL. This site even began displaying Mr Falefo'ou's listings that belonged to he and Invest In Tonga, LLP!
** How David Mulliss' SCAM Has Injured Poor Tongan "Commoner" Families **
TODAY there are many Tongan land holders who have almost assuredly had their best chance at a better financial future for their families, and the ability to see their children educated, stripped from them, due to the actions of DAVID MULLISS!
DAVID MULLISS has callously and audaciously seemingly sentenced many Tongan mothers and fathers to a subsistence based life and their children to a future with no real hope of furthering their education!
Make no mistake about it, many Tongan commoners are DIRT-POOR! However, many of them also have beautiful plantations, some of which have gorgeous ocean views or even ocean-frontage. These poor folks most realistic chance of getting out of poverty and educating their children seemingly resides in leasing their land to overseas investors, as they have very little else of any real value. This is why so many of these poor people asked Peteni Falefo'ou of Invest In Tonga, LLP to market their properties and do his best to find someone to lease such properties.
However, now that DAVID MULLISS has stolen Mr. Falefo'ou's listings and deleted the website in favor of pointing people to the competing realty website he and PAUL DAVID SCHMAUKEL operate, these poor Tongan commoner's properties have been erased and no overseas investor can even find them!
What DAVID MULLISS has done is unethical, immoral and must be exposed!!!
** David Mulliss' Theft & Paul David Schmaukel's Hypocrisy **
It should be clear after reading the above that DAVID MULLISS committed theft and ran a scam that has effectively stolen Tongan national Peteni Falefo'ou's hard work and ability to earn an income for his large Tongan family, as well as his ability to lease properties for many other Tongan commoners - who are in severe need of finances for their own families - as well as their children's continuing education.
In regards to PAUL DAVID SCHMAUKEL and his connection to the entire scam, and supposed insistence on working with the Stephenson law firm and offering only government lease properties; such is nothing more than a charade! Case in point: Schmaukel is currently trying to sell the Café Tropicana aka Tropicana Café in Vava'u, Tonga. That business, aside from being ridiculously over-priced (if the same business with exact same financials and assets were in an average American state it may sell for $50,000 or so ... if it would only bring $50,000 in the U.S.A. it should only bring maybe $25,000 in 3rd world Tonga), does NOT come with a government lease but a mere tenancy agreement!
Paul David Schmaukel and David Mulliss own and operate their realty business together and therefore both Paul David Schmaukel and David Mulliss are GUILTY of DECEPTION, THEFT and UNETHICAL, IMMORAL and downright ILLEGAL actions!

** What Can YOU do to Help Poor Tongan "Commoner" Families? **
Firstly, you can get the word out about what DAVID MULLIS and PAUL DAVID SCHMAUKEL have done! You can blog, tweet, Facebook post, etc., and let others know about this travesty!
Secondly, if you are a serious investor in Tongan property, you can contact Mr. Peteni Falefo'ou through TongaScams.com by emailing: safety@***.com and allow him to recommend suitable properties for you, properties that are no longer viewable due to David Mulliss' deceit and theft and which the poor Tongan commoner owners would love to lease to you in order to support their families!
Mr. Falefo'ou has a stable of interesting, ocean-view, ocean-access, beachfront lots and plantations available for realistic "Tongan prices" rather than "expatriate over-valued Western prices", many of which are available on a cash basis and without any annual lease fees and others of which are available on long-term payment plans.

Sickening Food Service practice
I am now looking at the condiment cap and bottle-neck when eating anywhere. Many of my inspections find dried up product in the cap-neck area. Recently I asked for a "Fresh" bottle and it was full, but still had dried up "Stuff-crud" in the top. I asked for the manage who stated: they do not refill the containers. The manager explained another customer was responsible for the dirty bottle. I received a third bottle that the cap-seal popped upon opening- no crud to be seen.
I felt mad, and reacted badly but lying infuriates me, my health is most important, yours too!
Product short-change
Has anyone noticed that the jumbo roll of toilet paper is approximately 1.5 inches smaller in width. Or that that roll'
-up deodorant that used to take 2-3 rolls to get the product to surface can now take 16+ rolls before the product surfaces.
Try buying Mitchum that purports to give you 35% more product and I guarantee it will take 16-18 turn before the product surfaces.

Incomplete order deliveries
After spending over $400.00 in the past two months on food delivery services in the Greensboro NC market, I have almost always gotten incorrect, incomplete, or late deliveries of food. I always prepay with a debit card for tips, delivery fees, and the high food prices.
I deserve better service and complete orders. These delivery services are stealing my money by failing to deliver what they sell and still expect a tip.
I was using GrubHub delivery services, but finally cancelled with Grub Hub because of this issue with its vendors. Even Pizza Hut and Dominos Pizza delivers incomplete orders.
Log in difficulty
I have repeatedly followed your directions and cannot log in. Your system needs to be straightened out.
Moreover, I can neither subscribe nor unsubscribe from this mess. I need an 800 phone number to speak with an agent. Your "service" is terrible, and I'm ready to quit, but I can't even do that. I am paying for a service that I don't have.
I will not, I say NOT, go through your log in procedure and its accompanying questions again.

AdultFriendFinder Permanent Ban
We have been on AFF for about a month. Everything is going good, no complaints, pics are with in rules, chatting with in rules, etc..While I was logged in, they deleted our account. No reason why, I had to send in an email to find out and here is their response:
We have recently acquired an email, traced to your account, that is an obvious attempt at fraud.
Because of this severe violation of our Terms of Use, we have deleted your account and permanently banned you from rejoining our network of sites.
I still have no idea what the *** they are talking about and they have not responded to my reply to their email.
Stop buying into scams!
It is easy to keep your computer free of spyware and viri, and it is equally easy to clean it out and best of all it is totally 100% free! All it requires are a few brain cells, some time, and a few good tools to both defend your computer and respond to attacks as they happen. The following article assumes you are running Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, 2003, or Vista. Most of this applies to 95, 98, and ME as well. Linux users should not need my help, Mac users are beyond help. (You are paying $1000 extra for the right to use OSX, a stipped down and rebuilt BSD...)
The very first thing I am going to reccomend is that you STOP using Internet Explorer. IE is notoriously prone to security flaws, and is also tied so closely to the Windows operating system that any security breach can compromise your entire system. I personally use Mozilla Firefox, others use Opera, some use other browsers. Personally try em all and see what you like, but for me Firefox just has a good blend of reliability and stability along with expandability. There are very few things that exist online that can not be done in Firefox.
Secondly, get anti-virus software. I personally hate Norton, having seen their software bring computers to a screeching halt. Norton AV uses massive amounts of system resources (CPU time, RAM, etc) and is near-impossible to fully remove. If you do not have anti-virus software, try AVG Free Edition or Avast!. Both work well, and offer basic protection. If you need things like custom scheduled scans, or if you are in a commercial enviroment then consider purchasing a license. Home users should be fine with free edition and its daily scans. It auto-updates and stays resident and actively protects from infection.
Next, get anti-spyware software. i use Lavasoft's AdAware Free Edition (see the pattern yet?). It has always worked fairly well for me, but it does not actively protect from infection. You need the Pro edition for that, but I run weekly scans either way, and have had good luck removing spyware with it.
If you are already infected you may want HijackThis! as well, but it is a double-edged sword. It is extremely powerful and you can very easily damage your computer misusing it, so only use it with the assistance of a computer pro. Check their forums, there are almost always people there to help.
To avoid infection, stop going to cheesy *** sites, stop downloading mp3s/etc from web sites. Do not download "Too good to be true" videos, software etc. Avoid piracy, and if you must pirate use BitTorrent and a reliable tracker. Verify your downloads as best you can (Google a release name, look for comments, etc). I do not advocate piracy, but if you are gonna do it do it safely! Oh and avoid limewire like the plague. I can't see why people love that software, but I can see why malware authors do.
As always your mileage may vary, but these tips (and many other I have picked up in my 6 years of computer repair and IT consulting) will help keep you safe and sound.
