Not sure why my package was a little backed up but I couldn't find no contact info for Vapor Empire so I use this site to find out where my package was it is called *** consumer and it worked great thanks a lot

No staff on Holiday hours and fees

Placed my regular order on 11/24/24 the week of Thanksgiving but no update was given as to status of my order until 12/3/23 more than a week after online. That was only after I researched and attempted to try and look for a direct contact to the business to speak with someone and no info was available online.

All internet browsers show the business as closed permanently but apparently thats not true. So I sent an email instead, asking if I can expect a refund of my order since the internet shows them as a permanently closed business. I didnt get a response from them until 12/3/24 days later advising that the whole staff was out on vacation for the Thanksgiving holiday and theyd be fulfilling my order within the next 24-48hrs. I paid for an adult signature fee which is normal on their orders but I didnt have to sign this time around to receive my order from USPS but yet I was charged the additional $9.35.

I already placed a different order with another vape online business instead by the time this company contacted me to respond to my email.

I just received my order on 12/9/24. I think Ill be going with the other vape company going forward because reliability, convenience, and customer resolution is key for me as a consumer.

User's recommendation: Don’t place don’t place orders right before the holidays. Probability of your order being processed with efficiency is highly unlikely.
