BEWARE!!!!! CROOKS!!!!

I put through a claim with my bank for the $4.95+$99.95 and they credited me back right away. I was able to argue Sinless Vapor and get them to take the product back (even though I cancelled before it was mailed).

I had to pay to return it and they only credited me $84.00. My bank is still battling it out for the balance. BE WARE!! They don't understand the word "cancel".

They sent me more product (filters and vapors) and tried to debit me $99.95 more money for it (product not worth more than $20). You will need to cancel out your card and have a new one issued or you will have to worry about Sinless vapor dipping into your account. I will leave a note if this is ever completely resolved.

It has been going on since November 22nd for me. Wish me luck.

I got an email from this company that stated FREE STARTER KIT just pay shipping. There were no terms in the add.

Then I enroll and get an email talking about terms. I instantly called and cancelled....or tried to. I was told to call a different company to cancel. They sent me back...the next customer service person tried to refer me again then hung up on me.

I called back and the next person attempted to refer me again and I stopped him and told me that now you billed me for shipping and it was this number!!!!! Then he claimed he would cancel me and when I get my shipment they would only bill be $49.00 and I would receive nothing else. They don't understand the meaning of the word free or cancel. I continued to tell them I don't want it even shipped to me.

I then get an email saying it would be shipped the next day. I emailed them 2 times saying don't send me anything..... I didn't get something so I thought all was well and started watching for my refund.... After 11 days I am billed $99.95 and get an email again saying that my order is shipped.

I have called and argued with this company sooooo many times I lost count. I finally cancelled my card and alerted my bank of the problem. The are disputing my charges now. I received the product and had to fight to get a return goods authorization.

Mad I had to pay to ship it back. Today I get another package from them!!!!! I am not calling this company or paying another dime to return their product!!! If they want this shipment back they are going to have to chance me down and send me a paid envelope to do so.

A warning for all not to do business with this company. Also, the product isn't worth what they are trying to charge. Also beware they called themselves Sinless Vapor and Vapex is the same company.

The packages come hardly marked and I made a mistake of opening the shipping package two times. Because of that and I wasn't expecting to receive more stuff from them.

i paid the 4.95 s&h I received the starter kit within 5 days so far everything is working fine. but I went ahead and canceled my card so there will be no more charges.for what I got in the mail it was worth the $5.00.I hope everyone still is going to quit smoking. :?

I am having the same problem with this company have tried to cancel the free starter kit 4 times and finaly called them and got no where with them...checked my credit card and they billed my card $99.95 just as the previous customer...I have reported this charge as fraud. I can't believe this company continues to do business. I am going to report them to the Texas Attorney General.

I have been dealing with them since February. I have called them everyday and they tell me the same thing.

"Your acct has been credited on 2-21-13. There's nothing more we can do." I filed a claim with the BBB of UT and the company has not responded. I did everything the fine print said but they still charged my acct 99.95 and now said they only refunded 50.00 of it which they didn't. They keep telling me it's my bank that has the money.

I want to do more but I don't know what. Suggestions??

I called thr customer service, the guy could not even speak English. My ecig did not work and he said I could not return it.

I told him to go F himself.

Just call your Bank and they will credit you back and they can put a block on your card so they can't charge you the 99 dollars. :grin

You may want to alert your bank to stop all charges from this company because they will keep trying to send you monthly product. If you don't do something they will continue to bill me.

All I did was call my CC company and told them the ecig did not work and they won't let me return it. My CC company gave me credit and put a block on my card so they can never charge me the 99 bucks ever, Don't get mad just get even.

Another update about this company. I fought to get a returns authorization and returned the junk that was sent to me.

They finally gave me a refund of only $84.95 instead of the $99.95+$4.95. I should have received the full refund since I cancelled within 5 minutes of the order. It should never have been mailed to me in the first place.

The only good thing is they sent more product and to get it back they need to send me a prepaid envelope. They also need to credit me the rest of the amount they owe me.

I received a "spam" E-Mail from SinlessVapor.com offering a FREE Starter Kit. Just pay the shipping $4.95 and it is yours.

*** me, I went ahead and paid the $4.95. Then I went to their website and read the disclaimer: If you don't like it, then return it within 12 days, otherwise we will charge you $99.95... Ouch, my mistake. I immediately called them and asked NOT to ship it - they lied, telling me that it is too late, it has already been shipped.

Two week later I received E-Mail that is has just been shipped. I called again and was told to wait until it arrives and return it not to Shipper, but to a different address using the RMA number they gave me. Two more weeks later (total of 4 weeks time) a cheap, no name single 650mah battery starter kit arrives. The kind that you will find in a Tabaco store for $9.99 or less.

And the next day a $99.95 charge appears on my credit card account because the 12 day trial period had passed long ago before they even shipped the product. I shipped it back (unopened and untouched) on the same day I've received it. Today I received an E-Mail from them that my account is credited $50.00 because they have 50% Restocking Fee!!!

That's $4.95 + $99.95 + $12.00 (return shipping) - $50.00 = $66.90 it costs me and I didn't even get to keep the product. Sucker (Me)!!!

I would talk to your bank. I got my bank to credit me back and close out the card I used.

Believe me the nightmare is not over. They did exactly the same thing to me shipping after I cancelled and the 12 period passed. They shipped me more product shortly after I returned their product.

They were not able to bill my account again because I closed it. :(

You might be able to dispute these charges with your bank. They will ship you more product and try to charge you again.

Unauthorized transaction on bank account

I was offered a ecig for just $4.95 shipping and handling. I paid the $4.95 and received my product.

2 weeks after I got my product I received a debit on my credit card for $100. After many calls to the company they are telling me the bank will not accept my credit. The bank is having to file a dispute. There is never a supervisor and the reps talk over you and do not want to assist you in getting a resolution.

Do not bother wasting your time contacting this company. Once they steal your money they do not try to help.

This company is not good we but a shares from them but in just few weeks

they are decreased size of outstanding shares and all peaple just last their invests. I just assumed how you can sell your stocks and when people invest then simply decrease the number of outstanding shars, I will say this is spam!

lol i'm getting so sick of all these complaints people making about getting "ripped off" for free trials on this product or another.

i can sum it up real quick

LEARN TO *** READ PEOPLE. it's always in the fine print that 99.99% of people do NOT *** read because they're too god *** lazy and want to blame someone for their idiocy.

if it weren't in their fine print then all these companies offering these "free" trials would be sued up and down. but they aren't you know why? because it's in their *** terms you didn't read.

stop your *** and learn to *** read dip$hit.

They are lying. A bank does not make decisions on what goes in and out of a customer's account, unless the bank is rejecting the credit because they are giving the wrong information such as account number, routing number or there is an issue with the originating bank.

Either way,you're the one who bought something insanely *** and dangerous to use to begin with.

Shoulda read the fine print. I bet it was all there.

Ordered the product

I admit I ordered and it arrived fast. 4.95 known for shipping, that I was ok with.

evaluation period said 12 days so I did research. found out after 12 days 99.95 was charged to keep the product and again, I was ok with that. In general, the product works amazingly and is a awesome product. of that I will not lie.

my major complaint is the reoccouring 99.95 a month charge for a auto refill of product the do. trying to cancel out the auto refills I call them and the give me the whole discount run around thing. In the end the agent had to escelate the call in order to cancel auto renewals. I let the agent know I agreed to keep the product and I knew 99.95 was the charge for it.

I told him I just didn't want the auto renewals. he kept trying to press discounts upwards of 50% but I declined. the amount of product sent originally would last me at least 3 months.

so he finally says he will escelate the call to get it canceled. I will see how it goes though.

$592.95 Down and Counting

Just over one year ago I fell for an electronic cigarette add, from Vapor Corp, offering a , $4.95 trial, for their product. Since then I have been receiving a pack a month and $49.00 removed from my debit account.

I have attempted; phone, e-mail, and snail mail contact to stop this, but have received, No, response.

To make matters worse the charger sent with the first order didn't work and I have 13 unopened packages in a drawer. Short of changing my account, which would affect my legitimate business dealings, I don't know how to stop these guys.

You need to contact your bank and dispute the charges. I cancelled my card and got a new one sent to me to stop the madness.

I just set up anything going through that card to a different card.

If it was done through your bank account it will only affect the card not the bank account so if you have Direct Debits through the account and not the card there is no impact. I would totally call my bank and ask for suggestions on how to handle it.

Horribly bad company!!!! They sent me an offer for a FREE STARTER KIT!!

In the add there was no mention of anything else when I enroll I get an email with terms and conditions with crazy high cost. I cancelled within less than 5 minutes and still had problems with this company. I closed out my card because I didn't trust them not to continue charging/stealing from my account.

I am surprised there are not more people complaining about his company!! :(

Didn't it dawn on you that you could have just cancelled the debit card? Also, now you know why it is never a good idea to allow someone to take money from your account.

Always use a credit card online.

Never a debit card, or worse give them your bank account number. Now you know.

Free trial is a scam

I ordered the free trial on an "E-Cigarette" thru Vapor Corp and was unknowingly signed up for automatic refill. I called to get return info on the package of refills which comes unmarked so you are tempted to open it. they told me I only had 15 days to cancel the refill program and that the charges were valid charges. They refused to credit my card even if I send back the product. I will be going thru my credit card to object to these charges and get them credited back to me.

FREE GIFT ECIG FOR $4.95 SHIPPING, NEXT THING I KNOW THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $99.95. THIS HAPPENED ON A POP UP WINDOW IN THE INTERNET REPRESENTING THIS AS A FREE GIFT.. E-CIG IS A RIPOFF

I was going to take advantage of the free offer to try e-cig and only pay $4.95 S&H. This was Oct.

3 ,2012,

They took the $4.95 out four (4) times, and when I called to talk to them, they was very rude. They finally

put three (3) pymts, back on my account, but it is not Nov. 2, 2012 and I haven't got the product yet. I don't think i ever will get the e-cig.

I would advise any not to take advantage of the, "Only pay shipping and Handling: scams.

When they get hold of your credit card, they can do what ever they want. Purchase one the prepaid cards and use it.
