They advertise if you place an order before 1pm EST, your order will ship same day & you should get it in 3-8days. Said nothing about business days until after I had to call 2x to get tracking info emailed to me.
I ordered at 9:30am on 10/16, package got delivered 10/29 at 10:46 pm. Yes, you read that right. PM!! Delivery company called me from outside for me to come sign for my package at almost 11pm on a Tuesday night.
Idk what would've happened if I'd been asleep!!! I made the mistake of letting myself run out of the ONLY vaoe juice I can even remotely tolerate because I figured with them being in Florida & me in Connecticut, my package should arrive in no more then a week but I was very wrong. I ended up calling them 5/6x, I was admittedly freaking out a bit by how long it took because per the tracking info that I had them email to me, which I had to ask for, my package sat in the same spot for 8 days. If I ever order from them again, I now know to give it at least 2 weeks.
I was very lucky my 3 bottles of vape juice got to me perfectly because they were in a box with zero cushioning just rolling around. Got lucky

The delivery company driver was amazing.
He did his route backwards so I could get the package. I drive truck and there isnt someone home all the time.
