Vantique Lacks quality and integrity
- - Ordered king bedspread and pillowcases but got a king pillowcase set.
- - Delivery was slow; offered 30% off, but color mismatch and refund.
They said all they could do is offer me 30 percent off on purchasing something else and this is the second purchase I’ve made already trying to get the correct pillowcases.

I ordered a king size bedspread, and matching standard size pillowcases,. I sent an email to Vantique to confirm they got my request right.
I ended up getting a king size pillowcase set with the king size bedspread. I contacted Vantique again and ask them why they didnt send standard size pillowcases as requested. They said they only send sets but gave me a 30% off coupon so I re-ordered the standard pillowcase sets. It took forever for them to get to me as did the bedspread and first pillowcase sets, however, I ended up receiving a standard size set, but the background color of the sky in the design was totally a different color and did not match.
I contacted them again and they offered me another 30% discount. I told them I either wanted my refund back or for them to send me the right color standard size pillowcases.
Vantique representatives replied that theres always a variation in colors, but this was drastic and they refused to do anything about it or give me a refund. This business has no integrity, dont do business with them.See less

I ordered a King Size Rooster QUILT and received two pieces of polyester sheeting stitched together. One side is black and the other is poorly printed, but there is NO batting and no piecing/applique.
Don't order from them. Product is not good quality.
The company responded and said they reviewed my pictures and saw nothing wrong. They advertise this item as a quilt.
It is a joke, a hoax, a scam; and it costs me $175.
I sincerely hope others do not order from this company. You will be terribly disappointed!

I bought a bedspread on FB from a company called Vantique and it looks zero like what was advertised. They will not allow ANY returns as they say there would be "variations" in color.
I found an entire group on FB whom all have had the same exact experience with this company. What I received is beyond cheap looking, thin like paper. You can Clearly see in the photos the difference.
$130 for complete garbage! This company is in China and goes under several different names, all starting with Vantique

SCAM MISLEADING PHOTOS

Buyer beware. OMG, what a scam.
It's all computer-generated imaging with laser printing on very thin fabric with machine stitching. The photos are completely misleading; there is no 3D effect whatsoever. It is nothing but cheap, *** junk. The two 48' x 48' 'quilted' round floor mats I received are useless as floor mats because they are just a layer of thin fabric.
I am going to initiate a return to sender ASAP. Buyer beware.

I ordered a quilt with forest green back and border. I chose the design and color to fit my bedroom colors. It finally arrived and is black, not green. Company declares a 20% color variation.

I contacted them 4 times and they say too bad so sad. The design is right and back color allows for 20% variation.
Black and green have no such thing- no variations to green to black. I'm out $151.00 and they think it's just fine. A scam for sure and product misrepresented!
I can't use the quilt. It's not worth the price and each corresponding reply is same BS.
