Vintage Finance Attempts over $6K Garnishment against my Reputable Business Account without Notice

No reply has been made to me by Vantage Finance nor Clayton Motors where Vantage Finance is located since my review on August 18, 2018. They totally ignored me but at least Vantage Finance has not garnished my company A Thru Z Services, Inc.'s bank account with Suntrust.
Their customer, who claimed to be employed by my company, in order to purchase a vehicle from Clayton Motors, has not contacted me either. Both of them should at least apologize for their fraudulent attempts against me without my knowledge and approval.

A Knox County Warrants Officer left a card in my door. After the officer delivered my General Sessions Court papers the following day and said that Vantage Finance was attempting to garnish my business A-Z Services' (A Thru Z Services, Inc.) bank account, I told him that I don't even recognize their name. This unjust move in itself is enough to cause an 85 year old man like me to have a heart attack. Not one single contact was made to me by them. Then I went to their office at 4701 Clinton Highway on 08-17-2018 because I still didn't know what this was about. They said that some man purchased a car and claimed that he worked for A-Z Services. I blame Clayton Motors and Vantage Finance for allowing this shocking strange thing to happen to me because they purposely wanted to sell this man a car more than they wanted to contact me to find out if he did work for A-Z Services. Without mentioning the young man's name, I did not know him either. At least the lady I talked to at Vantage Finance was kind enough to tell me that she would take my papers to the Sessions and tell them to cancel this docket case on A-Z Services since the man never worked for them. In fact, not a single person has been on it's payroll since it started on 05-15-2007. Check with the BBB and find them with AAA= Rating since not a single complaint has been filed against them since membership started June 2016. ID

A letter stating Vantage Finance definitely treated me and A-Z Services wrong and an apology.

They are great but i allways pay maybe late but collection calls are ridiculuos and the hours they are open are not resonable for somone who works 60 hrs a week

We are back on the Claytons again
I supposedly had my SUV repoossed a few months ago for being late for 20 days to the Joe Clayton owned Vantage Finance. When I called the Knox County Sheriffs dept to report my license plates and my Handicap hang tag being stolen then guess what the whole *** vehicle was stolen by Joe Clayton's own employee's. The Sheriff's dept told me that if I could find the SUV then they could charge them with a crime. So many lies were told by the *** at Vantage. They told me my property was in their office but when I went to get it it was at C & N used cars or so they said but when I went to the Joe Clayton owned car lot I was informed that my vehicle was sold off the lot and my property trashed. I just went through my credit report and lo and behold there was Vantage Finance reporting I had never been late with a payment. I either want my money back or I want another vehicle fully paid for do you understand me Mr. Joe Clayton? You and your brother, Jim have never been nothing but crooks so why should it end now. You robbed me blind and one of your smart *** employees laughed about it..
