I bought my 2015 Chrysler 200S in May from VANN DODGE. THe car has been back 4 x. 3x for the ticking noise in the odometer dash! First time brakes, 2nd time brakes and tires and the noise. I took the mecahnic for a drive and he heard the noise , only to have VANN DODGE tell me on 9/20 that is was the brakeline brackett was not tighten enough. Vann Dodge did the brake work!! I do not feel the car is safe. There is still the ticking noise!! They just keep pacifing me, maybe because I am a female? I have bought many cars in my lifetime and I have NEVER felt unsafe with my purchases until now. I do not have the time to keep bringing the CERTIFIED car back and forth to VANN DODGE, I am well recieved in my community and until VANN DODGE comes up with a solution, I have NOTHING positative to say!!!

Vann dodge used cars dealership sold us a gaint paper weight

My husband and I were in desperate need of a car. First time ever working with a dealership and being in our early 20's we had a very low credit score. They told us they will only let us take a look at two cars. Both looked beat up, but the one we picked looked in better shape. They let us take it for a ride only around the block. But first they told us they needed to add fluids since it was sitting for a while. We agree and everything seemed fine. As we file the paper work they stated we will have an one year warranty and pay over $400 a month. After the second week the dealership calls us up and asked us to come in to talk. They told us the company will not agree to our warranty because the car was "to old". For this they would drop our monthly payment only a little. Not even a month of having the car it starts having problems. At first we start fixing it our selves. Nothing was working. We take it to a professional and they told us we should have never bought that car. We told them the dealership had their guys look it over before we paid for it and told us personally the only thing wrong was the water hose that we had fixed. the mechanic then told us we needed to replace the whole engine, at that time we have already spent over $2,000.00 in repairs plus the monthly payments before our 5 months of just having the car. We go to the dealership to ask what we could do. They said we could trade in the car with $2,000.00 to get something of the same value. It's been almost two years now and we are still making payments on something that was given to the bank because we couldn't keep up with their payment on op of the new car payment we had to get because the car we got from Vann Dodge was just a paper weight..
